I became a full-time Fitness Professional in January 2011, though I feel my lifetime of experience in the field of fitness qualifies me to know that if it does not include an element of fun, it cannot be enjoyable or sustainable. I strive to help my customers achieve both and being able to combine my love of dance and fitness to create exciting and effective classes is very rewarding. I absolutely love teaching ZUMBA and am told by my class members that my passion and energy is infectious. They have so much fun, that they do not notice how hard they are actually working! JUNGLE BODY is the most recent addition to my timetable and is predominantly another fab and effective dance-inspired programme.
As well as dance fitness, I have always loved a workout that challenges me and SH1FT, INSANITY and P90X certainly tick that box! PiYO compliments my portfolio of classes perfectly as it gives myself and my participants that extra much needed stretch, as well as increasing our flexibility and strength, whilst still giving us a cardio workout too.
I am also a fully qualified mobile Personal Trainer (sessions are either held at the client’s home or outdoors during the warmer months). Personal Training can be the best way to achieve your goals in the shortest space of time. Maybe you are looking for someone to mentor you in a return to exercise or add variety to a training program, or you may want to lose some weight for an upcoming event. The most recent arrow in my quiver is my online fitness business. My customers have access to over 800 online workouts and nutritional plans, plus my accountability groups which provide them with continued support and motivation whilst on their fitness journeys.

Natalie is an absolute inspiration to so many people, especially mums/nanas like me! ???? because she makes time for exercise as well as being a mum. I first started attending Nat’s zumba classes 4 years ago and have found her classes to be fun, motivational and more importantly effective.
I signed up to be part of Nat’s online fitness group in January and have lost a dress size by commmitting to an exercise and nutrition plan. Nat is available to all her clients with any questions or suggestions to aid their improvement. The programme is a lifestyle change not a quick fix so results are sustainable.

Nat is fantastic and so are her classes. I’d never stepped foot in an exercise class until I joined Natalie for a Zumba class. I’ve been going on and off for over a year now. She also understands that life can sometimes get in the way. I never feel nervous about rocking up at one of her classes when I’ve been away for a while. Such an inspiration and such fun to be around too. Her classes are entertaining as well as a great workout.

I’ve been doing Nat’s online fitness training for a couple of months now. It’s such a great way to keep fit and train around my busy schedule. I’ve never actually met Nat but she’s been fantastically supportive, and keeps in contact with me the fitness app. Her encouraging interactions are just what I need to keep on track. I feel like I’m part of a fabulous group despite doing all my training remotely!

I was badly injured in a car accident some years ago and have suffered body confidence issues ever since as a result. I first had several PT sessions with Natalie and then progressed to one of her classes. She is one of the most inspirational people I have met. Natalie is an amazing teacher taking you from where you are to the next step, encouraging you all the way. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
Nat is a genuinely caring and supportive instructor and her classes are great fun, I would definitely recommend anyone considering a class to have a go – you don’t need to be superfit, don’t be put of by those who are you will still fit in 🙂
