Level 4 Sports Massage Course

Yes, you need to hold a Level 3 Sports Massage qualification and be at least 16 years old to enrol on this course.

When you enrol on the Level 4 sports massage therapy course, you’ll strengthen your existing practical skills and theoretical knowledge. Specifically, you will learn:

• Advanced anatomical, physiological and pathological principles to help you with the application of sports massage
• How to identify the signs and symptoms of common sports injuries
• How to practically apply massage to help athletes with their rehabilitation

You’ll be required to complete online assessments and coursework for each module. You’ll also need to pass a final practical assessment, where you’ll apply sports massage treatment to a client – This will take place at one of our nationwide venues.

Typically, students complete their level 4 sports massage courses in 12 weeks.

However, the qualification is entirely self-paced allowing you to work around any existing commitments. You can even schedule your own practical assessment, choosing a date and location that suits your personal preferences.
